Whether it’s a small household electronic device or large-scale equipment containing sensitive data, we handle each item with equal care and responsibility. Every piece of equipment we receive is processed with a focus on data confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and sustainability.

We welcome a wide range of electronics for recycling at our warehouse. Below are some examples of items we accept:

Items Associated With Recycling Fees

At Trinity IT Recycling, most electronics are accepted free of charge, but certain items carry a small recycling fee. These fees cover the cost of responsible disposal through our certified downstream vendors and manufacturers, ensuring all materials are handled in compliance with strict environmental and safety standards.
Items with Recycling Fees:
- Printers or fax machines (more than one) – $5 each
- Large commercial printers/fax machines more than 35 lbs $ 20 each
- PDUs/UPS (more than one)– $5 each
  Note: Televisions, CRT TVs, and CRT monitors are not accepted, and items such as lead-acid batteries, light bulbs, and household appliances are also prohibited.
