For locations beyond 12 miles, or for quantities under two pallets or 500 lbs., pickup fees may apply based on distance and volume, ensuring transparency and fairness. For larger volumes, we provide flexible pickup solutions across the DFW metroplex and beyond, accommodating your schedule and operational needs. Our experienced logistics team works hand-in-hand with your staff to coordinate a smooth, timely collection. All equipment is handled according to the highest standards of security, compliance, and environmental responsibility, giving you peace of mind while reducing administrative burden. At Trinity IT Recycling, most electronics are accepted free of charge, but certain items carry a small recycling fee. These fees cover the cost of responsible disposal through our certified downstream vendors and manufacturers, ensuring all materials are handled in compliance with strict environmental and safety standards.

Items with Recycling Fees:

  • Printers for fax machines for more than one
  • PDUs/UPS batteries for more than one.
  • For monitors only, pickup or drop for more than one.

Non-Acceptable Items:

  • Televisions,
  • CRT monitors
  • lead-acid batteries,
  • light bulbs,
  • household appliances
