We offer free local pickup within a 12-mile radius of our facility for qualifying equipment—typically one pallet or 50+ items. For locations beyond 12 miles, or for equipment equivalent to one pallet or less, pickup fees may apply based on distance and volume, ensuring transparency and fairness.
For larger volumes, we provide flexible pickup solutions across the DFW metroplex and beyond, accommodating your schedule and operational needs.

Items with Recycling Fees and Non-Acceptable Materials:
At Trinity IT Recycling, most electronics are accepted free of charge, but certain items carry a small recycling fee. These fees cover the cost of responsible disposal through our certified downstream vendors and manufacturers, ensuring all materials are handled in compliance with strict environmental and safety standards.
Items with Recycling Fees:
- Printers or fax machines (more than one) – $5 each
- Large commercial printers/fax machines more than 35 lbs $ 20 each
- PDUs/UPS (more than one)– $5 each
Note: Televisions, CRT TVs, and CRT monitors are not accepted, and items such as lead-acid batteries, light bulbs, and household appliances are also prohibited.
